At Rajasthan Agricultural Student’s Welfare Association (RASWA), we are committed to ensuring transparency and trust in all our interactions, including donations, contributions, and other transactions made through our websites, raswaofficial.org.in and online.raswaofficial.org.in. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be processed.

1. Donations

1.1. Voluntary Nature of Donations: Donations made to RASWA are voluntary and used to support our mission, including programs for agricultural students, farmers, education, food distribution, and RTI initiatives.
1.2. No Refund Policy: Donations are non-refundable once they have been processed.
1.3. Errors in Donations: If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review and resolve such cases on a case-by-case basis.


2. Event or Campaign Contributions

2.1. Contributions made for specific events, campaigns, or fundraising activities are generally non-refundable.
2.2. In exceptional cases (e.g., cancellation of an event or campaign), RASWA may offer refunds based on the circumstances.
2.3. Requests for refunds in such cases must be submitted in writing to raswaorganization@gmail.com within 7 days of notification of the cancellation.


3. Merchandise Purchases

3.1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds: If you have purchased RASWA merchandise (e.g., event memorabilia), cancellations or refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The item received was damaged or defective.
  • The item delivered does not match the order placed.
    3.2. Timeframe: Requests for returns or refunds must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
    3.3. Process: To request a return or refund, contact us at raswaorganization@gmail.com or call +91-7073003031 with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

4. Program Fees or Subscriptions

4.1. Fees paid for participation in specific RASWA programs (e.g., educational workshops, welfare initiatives) are generally non-refundable.
4.2. In cases of cancellation initiated by RASWA, refunds may be processed, and participants will be notified accordingly.


5. Refund Processing

5.1. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during the transaction.
5.2. Refunds may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5.3. RASWA will not be responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks.
