Dear Students / Members,
This is to formally notify that RASWA (Student Organization) is initiating the process for the formation of its New Governing Body (Executive Committee) for the session 2025–26.
👉 This process is an internal organizational appointment procedure only.
👉 It does not constitute an election in any legal sense.
👉 It has no relation to the Election Commission of India, any government authority, or university elections.
1. Nomination Process
- Nomination forms shall be available from 01 September 2025 on the official RASWA website.
- Applications will be accepted online only through the prescribed portal.
- Nomination Fee: ₹400 (Non-Refundable)
- Applications will be valid only after successful payment.
- Submission of the nomination form does not create any right, guarantee, or legal claim for selection.
2. Posts Open for Nomination

3. Rules & Regulations
(a) General Provisions
- This is not a government election.
- It is an internal organizational process of RASWA.
- All appointments will be made by the RASWA Election / Governance Committee through consensus.
(b) Selection Process
- Members will be appointed only by the decision of the RASWA Election Committee.
- Online polls/surveys may be conducted for feedback, but these are not legal elections.
(c) Tenure of Positions
- Tenure: 1 year
- Active and dedicated members may be promoted the following year.
(d) Nomination Rules
- Nomination fee is non-refundable & non-transferable.
- False/misleading/incomplete applications will be rejected.
- Members cannot reapply for the same post held in the previous year.
(e) Discipline & Suspension
- Any member found guilty of misconduct, false information, or anti-RASWA activity shall be suspended.
- All members must adhere to the objectives and policies of RASWA.
(f) Legal Disclaimer
- This process is an internal appointment procedure only.
- It has no connection with ECI, university elections, or any government authority.
- No legal right/claim shall arise from participation.
- Any disputes will be settled internally within RASWA only.
(g) Complaints
- For mistakes, complaints, or concerns against any Election/Nomination Coordinator or Chief Election Officer, contact the Governance Body through the official website and email.
